Feeling a little tipsy, long time since I’ve been out in a while - bonfire season’s started and the first carnival was in town (pride was on today but wasn’t feeling sassy enough) Bored at home, just like to share a little story.

About a week ago at a bbq my parents hosted, invitning the neighbours; got talking to some old boy from down the road. Had fuck all to relate to him apart from the place we live - until he asks me about computers. He was subtle about it, I’ll give him that but he was basically asking for me to reapir his computer. I agreed for some odd reasion. I went down the road and said hello to people and what have you, took a look at this computer and laughed. There was nothing to repair. His computer was a real old school box of tricks - it was that 90s computer grey/beige, fat ass monitor and matching keyboard and mouse to go with it. Some compotnets were probably older than me. Opened it up, vaccumed the dust. Booted her up, started a quick hdd defrag hoping it’ll help. At least he was running Win95. Anyway, I had no clue how to improve this fossil; so during the defrag I got bored. Started snooping around and deal lord, the amount of porn I found was truly astonishing. Sat there laughing for a while. This old boy had the whole fucking lot. Now it was nothing illegal but I can safely say he’s into them big ol’ titties. The dirty bastard had started collecting all this shit since day one,. Yet he still has time for his wife which I find hilarious considering how much of that shit there was. I felt like I needed a shower after finding the mother load. (I asked to use their bathroom almost immediately lol just washing my hands over and over) After the defrag, I told him it might be about time he replaced it if he had the money, first thing he said to me “yeah you’re probably right.. (trying to be subtle) could i still keep family photos I have on this machine though?” I couldn’t help but chuckle a little, then told him he could keep his whole family collection. Note: there wasn’t any family photos. He knew I was on to him, leaning in he whispes “lets keep between us right, lad? the missus doesn’t need to know about this techno mumbo jumbo” slipping a fiver in my shirt pocket. (yeah he actually used the words “techno mumbo jumbo”) Shit I would’ve kept my mouth closed anyway but it felt pretty cool that I got paid for my normal discretion - he has money to throw around either way. As I leave the door, he hands me another fiver and says “when I get another computer help me get those family photos” only letting go when I agreed. I mean £10 for doing jack shit on a porn box and agreeing to help transfer porn on a new pc - not bad for a days work.

Already spent a fiver on candy floss tonight, wtf am i doing.

PC house is in the poorer area and mac lives in the toff area - kinda like the price. now PC house has your average day to day shit, mac has "art" and sculptures. if you're a burglar, you gon get into what ever house you want, so you can rob all the shit you want, same for viruses and etc. if you're a clever burglar you rob the PC house, why? so you can easily sell their shit. if you're a dumbass and rob the mac house, no one wants to buy your stolen "art" or sculptures. hack a PC and you've got business docs, financial sheet. you hack a mac and all you'll find is shitty pics of hipsters, shitty poetry and shitty "art".
